We use a wide range of styles and techniques including freehand figure modelling in sugar and marzipan, beadwork, flowers, fabric effects and stencilling. To complement our unusual and captivating work we use beautiful ribbons and beads, and tiered cakes are supported using the most graceful and exquisite separators.
